Support for Homeless Women in Rockhampton

Guests of the Zonta Club of Rockhampton recently gathered at the RGGS McKeague Hall on Agnes Street to enjoy a social afternoon tea which was prepared by the Hospitality Students of the College. The guests embraced the ‘blue, white and gold’ theme, the colours of the college, for the afternoon. Guests were also kept busy with activities prepared by member Bev Meredith, which tested members on their knowledge of the delicious cakes and sweets which are traditionally served at afternoon teas. Our sincere thanks to soloist Francesca Higgins who once again entertained the audience with solos from well known musicals.

Many thanks to the guests who once again supported our club. Funds raised will go towards household essentials for accommodation which supports the homeless women of the Rockhampton area.
