Safety Cards for the Southside of Brisbane

The Club, working with the Brisbane Domestic Violence Service, sponsors the artwork and printing of small folded cards containing emergency phone numbers for accessing domestic and family violence services.  These cards will be widely distributed throughout the southside of Brisbane. Councillor Kara Cook, Morningside Ward, generously provided financial support for this project.  It was a pleasure to provide Kara with some of the cards for distribution amongst her contacts and thank her for her continued support of our Club.  A special bonus of the visit was to meet her little boy Arlo and gift him a beautiful crocheted rug and some hand made teddy bears.
