High Tea Affair

On Saturday 17 October, 130 guests (including Maroochy Zontians, HonZons, and loyal supporters) enjoyed an awesome afternoon of fellowship, fun and frivolity at our second High Tea Affair, held at Coolum Civic Centre. Guests were spoilt for choice when it came to afternoon tea…… with towers of savoury and sweet treats, bowls of chocolate balls and locally grown strawberries…..washed down with a selection of  freshly brewed teas.

Retail therapy needs were catered for via a selection of stalls selling jewellery, designer fashion items, cosmetics and gourmet food items. A huge variety of donated items were the prizes for a multi-draw raffle. The table centre pieces ( created and donated by Maroochy Zontian, Joy) were sold through a silent auction.

Guests were entertained by talented performers Carly Bennett and the Michelle Brown Duo…with many guests happily dancing the calories off during the afternoon!!
