Using Zonta International & D22 Websites
Zonta International has criteria for creating websites and the two files inserted below adhere to those criteria. Tool Bars or Site Maps can outline the placement of content on each of the sites.
- Tool Bar for the Zonta District 22 Website – District 22 Website – Tool Bar
- Site Map for the Zonta International Website – Zonta.org – SiteMapHierarchy
Both the District and International sites have information in the Public Domain for members of the public to view through the horizontal menu at the top of the front page on each site, and both have a restricted area for members only, requiring that the member sign in and create a password to view information. Registration of members on each site is required to view these restricted areas.
The Zonta District 22 website is mainly for clubs to showcase their projects, advocacy and activities through the club’s own webpage, and for District Boards to contact and inform members of information and events relating to the District. Rockhampton Club webpage is accessed through this link – Zonta International District 22 | » Zonta Club of Rockhampton Inc. The archives on the club webpage lists all posts since 2001, when the website was constructed. There are links from the D22 site to information stored on the Zonta International site.
The Zonta International website lists all international activity and has the only listing of the Zonta International Governing Documents, Manuals and authorized Tools (see My Zonta in Site Map). This ensures that clubs/members download the latest and only authorized version of these documents. The Tools section on the ZI Site is pictured below.
