Raising Interest in our Club

In an endeavour to raise our profile in the local community and generate interest in the work of Zonta and our Club, we organised a stall at the Morningside Festival held at the weekend.

The stall generated a lot of interest with many members of the public taking a handout on our Club and our Club Business Card.  We are hopeful that some of this interest may turn into new members.  We also had one our Zonta Breast Cushions on display and a demonstration of the sewing of them.

The idea behind the stall was to promote Zonta and our Club but we also had a raffle which more than covered our costs and brought out hidden talents of our members and friends as they sold raffle tickets.
