Insurance Documents 2017-8

The insurance policies for Public Liability and Voluntary Workers Cover have been renewed for the period 1 July 2017 to 1 July 2018.  Here are the certificate of currency, policy, policy schedules and notification form.

Please ensure your club completes and forwards the Notifiable Events Form should your function involve the events described or have more than 150 patrons.
