2020 Areas 1 & 3 Meeting
South Brisbane
Calling all Zonta District 22 Area 1 and Area 3 Clubs to the 2020 Area Meeting, hosted by Zonta Club of Brisbane Metro Breakfast Inc. and Zonta Club of Brisbane Inc.
The meeting is intended to update members on the latest procedures and information on activities within Zonta whilst providing interesting and diverse speakers including Karen Lyon Reid, CEO Lady Musgrave Trust on Homelessness and Older Women, Cathy Hunt, Executive Director of Of One Mind on Women of the World Festivals, QLD Rugby League’s Arthur Eustace-Earle, Manager, Government Relations (QLD) and Trish Walding, Wellbeing and Education Operations Manager (SEQ) on the topic of Women in Rugby League.
District Governor Sandy Venn Brown will deliver an address on “Engagement”,
our District and International Jane M Klausman Women in Business Award winner and our D22 inaugural Women in Technology Award winner will be speaking about their awards there will be facilitated panel discussions and workshops, and lots of fellowship.
TAFE Brisbane South Bank Campus will provide an excellent venue at “66 on Ernest” Restaurant and Function Centre, with free parking on site. South Bank Bus and Railway Stations are only a five minute walk away.
A percentage of your booking fee will go towards “Room to Read” girls literacy programs in India and Africa
This year’s meeting will end at 3.00pm with optional (self funded) fellowship drinks in the South Bank Precinct.
