2017 District 22 Conference…A Great Success!

The 2017 District 22 Conference theme was: ‘Empowering women through Service and Advocacy.’  This theme represents how Zontians come together and participate in rich learning experiences and are inspired to work together and advance the status of women and girls across the globe.

The conference was held at the ‘Royal on the Park’ in the heart of the city of Brisbane from 8th- 10th September 2017, and was enjoyed by all.

The program offered interesting key note speakers on topics such as leadership, marketing membership and advocacy. The program also informed and educated Zontians about Zonta International and the Zonta International Foundation.

Delegates debated and voted on resolutions and amendments, received progress reports on the District 22 Strategic Plan, Club Data Profiles, business activities and heard from various expert speakers.

Congratulations to all who were involved in organizing, presenting, supporting and attending.
